Joseph Zeira

Biography

Joseph Zeira is Professor of Economics at Hebrew University of Jerusalem and at LUISS Guido Carli in Rome. After obtaining the PhD in Economics at Hebrew University in 1984, he has been fellow at Harvard University (1984-1985) and MIT (1985). He has been visiting professor at Brown University (1990), Harvard University (1991) and University of Crete (2007). He is research fellow of CEPR and associate editor of Journal of Economic Growth, Macroeconomic Dynamics and Research in Economics. His main research fields are Macroeconomic Theory, Investment and Growth, Macroeconomics and Information, Income Distribution, The Israeli Economy.
